The Senior Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Soft Facilities Department (Domestic, Linen & Laundry, Portering) within Angus Locality Hospitals. The post holder will ensure that services are provided in accordance with the agreed standards and within the identified financial targets, maintaining strict monitoring procedures for all services.
You must have the ability to work as part of a team or independently and possess effective communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to respond constructively to unpredictable situations, remain focused, and work well under pressure.

Requirements: You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
