Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to join our delivery team on a Civil Engineering infrastructure project in Norwich. You will take full responsibility for a section of works, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and high-quality standards on site, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent) with proven on-site leadership in civil/infrastructure projects, plus active SMSTS and

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Proven leadership and on-site delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of planning, programming, and delivery of your section of works.
Produce and monitor construction programmes and progress reports.
Manage cost plans and oversee contractual elements of the project.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery.
Work closely with commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Lead on health, safety, environment, and quality compliance.
Review and approve RAMS, ITPs, and engineering documentation.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Works Managers to meet milestones.
Ensure efficient and high-quality handover of completed works.
