Job summary

Mint Velvet in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Style Advisor / Supervisor on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role is part-time, 24 hours per week, located in-store in Glasgow, with duties spanning store operations and customer styling.

You will support the Store Manager, drive styling and customer service standards, and ensure the store presents Mint Velvet’s chic visual identity. This is a fast-paced, fashion-forward role offering development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a key holder in a fashion retail store.
• Passion for fashion and excellent customer service.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with opening/closing, stock control, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Demonstrate understanding of Mint Velvet’s market position and competitors to act on opportunities or concerns.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, including Personal Styling.
• Deliver exceptional visual standards in line with Mint Velvet guidelines to enhance the in-store experience.
• Be proactive in personal development and continual performance improvement.
• Follow policies and procedures and maintain a sound operation.
