Job summary

The University of Strathclyde is seeking a proactive Senior Student Experience Assistant to join the Admissions team, with primary focus on undergraduate and postgraduate admissions and student lifecycle processes.

You will provide high-quality administrative support, handle high volumes of enquiries by phone and email, and help develop policies and procedures across Admissions and Student Lifecycle Services. The role offers a fixed-term 12-month contract, 1.0 FTE (35 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Experience in Higher or Further Education admissions.
• Strong IT skills and experience with admissions systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Admissions and Student Lifecycle Services.
• Respond to high volumes of enquiries via phone and email.
