As part of the Admissions team, you will play a key role in processing applications from Scottish, Rest of UK and international applicants across all levels and modes of study. You will assess applications against programme entry requirements, ensuring decisions are made fairly, accurately and within agreed timescales to provide an excellent applicant experience and support the University's recruitment objectives.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Faculties and professional services, you will provide expert advice on admissions procedures, entry requirements, various national and international qualifications, fee status, and UCAS processes. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy. You will work strictly to the UCAS admissions cycle, using a range of specialist resources to inform decision-making, and contribute to the successful enrolment of new students.
