We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Student Advisor to support the delivery and development of our Advice Service. Working closely with students, Student Advisors, colleagues and external partners, you will provide high-quality advice and guidance on a range of academic, accommodation and wellbeing matters.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of providing advice or guidance, leading staff or volunteers, and supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. They will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and committed to delivering an outstanding student-focused service.
As part of the role, you will supervise and develop a team of Student Advisors, contribute to projects that enhance student support, work collaboratively with other departments, and help ensure students have access to accurate information, effective signposting and appropriate support when they need it most.
