• 1+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, credit analysis, or a related financial field.
• Demonstrated credit, financial, and risk analysis skills, with the ability to link fundamental drivers to forward-looking views and risk appetite.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, structured narratives that support informed decision-making.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI tools, large language models, and automation technologies to improve analytical productivity and insight.
• High standards for analytical quality, traceability, and governance, with sound judgment on the responsible use of AI in a controlled environment.
• English: Fluent; German: Professional working proficiency (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits, synthesizing portfolio performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-useful insights.
• Prepare and review analytical inputs and outputs, reconciling metrics and documenting assumptions to ensure adherence to methodology and evidentiary standards.
• Engage with external stakeholders alongside senior team members, translating complex data into clear, client-ready narratives.
• Ensure adherence to methodology, confidentiality, and data governance requirements, escalating issues with recommended actions; apply responsible AI usage.
