This is a senior technical specialist role - ideal for someone who wants to stay deeply handson, solve complex engineering challenges, and influence technical excellence across the business.

The Role

You’ll act as the goto expert for complex structural design problems, providing advanced technical direction across multiple project teams. Expect involvement in concept development, detailed structural analysis, design reviews, buildability assessments, and solving nonstandard engineering challenges. You’ll help shape design standards, mentor engineers, and contribute to a Centre of Excellence focused on quality, innovation and continuous improvement.

• Chartered Engineer (CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE)
• Significant consultancy experience in structural design

• Strong experience solving complex, nonstandard engineering problems
• Ability to guide engineers without taking ownership away from project teams
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness
