Job summary

Park Recruit is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager for a major data centre project in Blyth. You will lead structural activities across the lifecycle, manage costs, and coordinate with clients and design teams to ensure delivery on scope, cost and programme.

The role requires a degree in construction/engineering, proven CSA experience, and strong leadership with excellent stakeholder management. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant construction or engineering discipline.
• Proven experience as Structural Lead / PM.
• Experience delivering CSA elements within contracting environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, diligent and forward-thinking approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all structural activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project costs, budgets, labour, schedules and overall performance.
• Establish effective structural processes, reporting and project documentation.
• Work closely with clients, design teams, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost and programme.
• Drive strong health & safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Lead, manage and develop project teams, ensuring effective communication and performance.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues.
