Job summary

Data Centre Construction Co. seeks an experienced CSA Engineer to join the Blyth on-site team for a major data centre project. The role focuses on coordinating Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery and ensuring integration with design intent across the project zone.

You will oversee contractor performance, review method statements and RFIs, and collaborate with MEP, commissioning and BIM teams to maintain interfaces and construction momentum on critical spaces.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background.
• 6+ years experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects.
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Blyth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Civil, Structural & Architectural delivery across the project zone.
• Oversee contractor performance, method statements, RFIs and technical queries.
• Interface with MEP, commissioning and BIM teams to coordinate interfaces.
• Monitor site progress, safety and quality, driving corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports, update trackers and CSA documentation for client meetings.
