Job summary

Its Building People is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a major data centre development, with safety, quality and performance at the core.

You will own delivery across programme, commercial performance and stakeholder management, coordinating design teams, consultants and subcontractors on a high-value civil and infrastructure scope. This role offers hands-on leadership in a technically demanding environment with strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Experience across infrastructure, civils or major construction projects.
• Knowledge of earthworks, foundations, drainage and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Establish strong project governance, controls and reporting.
• Take ownership of programme, milestones, risks and delivery performance.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
