CSA Engineer is sought to join a Data Centre construction team on-site in Blyth, Northumberland, to coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery within a major project.

Candidates should bring 6+ years of experience in data centres or large-scale construction, hold a degree or equivalent trades background, and reside within commuting distance of Blyth. The role prioritises safety, quality, and timely delivery on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years experience in Data Centres or large scale construction projects.
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Blyth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Civil, Structural & Architectural delivery across the project zone.
• Lead CSA works ensuring civil, structural, and architectural elements are delivered to specification and integrated into the data centre sequence.
• Oversee contractor performance, manage method statements and RFIs to maintain momentum.
