Job summary

Purosearch is working with a leading international engineering consultancy to appoint a Structural Engineer in London. You will work on technically challenging, high-profile projects within a collaborative environment and contribute across the full project lifecycle.

You will deliver structural design, produce calculations and documentation, and develop schemes from concept to detailed design while coordinating with architects and other consultants. London-based role, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• UK structural engineering consultancy experience.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
• Experience on building structures and/or façade projects.
• Proficient with structural design software.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• CEng status ideally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural design across building projects.
• Produce calculations, reports and technical documentation.
• Develop structural schemes from concept through to detailed design.
• Collaborate with architects, façade engineers and other consultants.
• Support project delivery, technical coordination and design reviews.
• Assist with site inspections and resolve technical issues.
