Job summary

RGB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer for an independent Bristol consultancy. You will lead projects from concept to construction, manage delivery, and mentor junior staff while strengthening client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business.

Ideally you are chartered or on track, with a civil/structural/architectural engineering background, strong knowledge of building regulations and Eurocodes, and a proactive, collaborative approach to

Qualifications

Relevant degree in civil, structural or architectural engineering.
Chartered or on track to chartered status.
Experience in a design environment with building structures.
Good understanding of building regulations and design codes.
Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead structural projects from concept to construction.
Manage project delivery.
Liaise with clients, contractors, architects.
Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with regs.
Mentor junior staff and support development.
Contribute to business development and client relations.
