  • Review work prepared by junior members of the team, providing constructive feedback and ensuring a high standard of technical accuracy.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping them develop their technical and professional skills.
  • Assist Managers in planning and coordinating assignments to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards, technology, and relevant professional requirements.
  • Contribute to the firm's business growth by delivering excellent client service, identifying opportunities to add value, and supporting the firm's wider commercial objectives.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in an accountancy practice or similar professional environment.
  • A strong academic background with relevant accounting experience, ideally ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in accounts preparation and bookkeeping.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
