Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a small personal portfolio of complex client accounts and corporation tax returns, ensuring exceptional service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, directors and staff.
• Review team files to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory regulations.
• Assist the team with ad-hoc technical reviews of client work including complex areas such as consolidated accounts and VAT/CT604s.
• Support clients with business and personal tax planning where appropriate.
• Provide industry-leading insights, advice, and solutions to enhance the firm’s reputation and client base.
• Drive efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
• Contribute to strategic and business planning, focusing on revenue and profit growth.
• Hold responsibility for managing client relationships ensuring maximum value and compliance.

The role of the Senior Manager is to build and manage client relationships, oversee client portfolios, and deliver an outstanding service that enhances the firm’s reputation and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a small personal portfolio of complex client accounts and corporation tax returns, ensuring exceptional service and the delivery of all actions, deadlines, and client discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff.
• Review team files to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory regulations, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Assist the team with ad-hoc technical reviews of client work – perhaps into complexities such as consolidated accounts, UK subsidiaries of foreign entities, FRS102 accounting, liaison with auditors, business valuations, reviewing complex VAT returns and CT600s, etc.
• Supporting clients with business and personal tax planning where appropriate.
• Provide industry-leading insights, advice, and solutions to enhance the firm’s reputation and expand the client base.
• Drive efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
• Contribute to strategic and business planning, focusing on increasing revenue and profits.
• Hold responsibility for managing client relationships ensuring maximum value, quality, and compliance.
• Complete a personal portfolio of client work, offering expert insights and advice to clients.

Key Requirements
