Job summary

Assystem in the UK seeks a Principal Stress Engineer / Technical Lead to drive scoping, bidding and delivery of stress work, building and leading a team across multiple UK locations.

You will act as the technical lead for stress and structural integrity, applying FE analysis and hand calculations to justify strength, fatigue and defects to RCC-M, ASME III/VIII, and RCC-M. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with safety case authors, and support capability development.

Qualifications

• Lead high-performing stress and structural integrity projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop technical leadership.
• Deliver high-quality assessments to international codes.

Responsibilities
