Version 1 is seeking a Strategy & Advisory Principal to join its Transformation Design Group (TDG). You will build trusted client relationships, shape transformation programmes and deliver practical outcomes, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will lead advisory engagements, develop proposals, and work with cross-functional teams to evolve propositions and delivery models, while coaching colleagues and maintaining high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or equivalent senior advisory environment, shaping and delivering transformation.
• Deep expertise in at least one TDG discipline and connection with delivery, technology and change.
• Experience working with senior and executive stakeholders and challenging constructively.
• Ability to move between strategy and detail and create clear direction.
• Experience shaping opportunities, proposals and communicating a clear value story.
• Commercial awareness balancing customer outcomes, delivery realities and growth.
• Excellent written, facilitation and presentation skills.
