Job summary

Zen Educate in Sunderland is seeking a senior leader to drive the commercial strategy for our on-site teams in local schools. You will own targets, build relationships with school leaders and upskill the wider team to deliver impact.

Join a fast-growing EdTech platform and shape product-led growth while ensuring revenue objectives are met and schools are supported with trusted, cost-effective staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience of at least one year, with direct line management of more than two people.
• Understanding of the pain points of schools and passion for solving them.
• Commercial or school leadership experience, preferably both, with demonstrated success.
• History of rapid career growth and openness to further opportunities.
• Solution-oriented mindset and strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the commercial success of Zen Educate in Sunderland for secondary schools.
• Own commercial output, set targets and execute strategies, build relationships with school leaders and upskill wider teams.
• Collaborate with team leaders across the business to design and execute campaigns.
• Provide line management to Account Managers.
• Increase efficiency of days booked and build strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Build senior strategic relationships with executive school leaders and Trust CEOs.
