You’ll work to match skills to school needs, complete vetting and right-to-work checks, and collaborate with sales and technology teams to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the team by increasing the number of new candidates on the platform.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations and maintain candidate liquidity for cover and bookings.
• Onboard teachers and teaching assistants and complete vetting checks.
• Engage with candidates to create a positive experience and keep them on board.
• Match candidate skills to school requirements to place them in roles.
• Organise right-to-work checks and collaborate with Sales and Tech to improve efficiency.
