Worldpay is a leading payments company seeking a Sr Strategy Manager, Payouts & B2B to shape global commerce strategy. You will own market-entry plans, conduct market research, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and new revenue channels.

This is a senior, individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Strategy for the Payouts team. The ideal candidate has strong payments experience, excels at data-driven storytelling, and can present complex strategies to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Strategy or Market Expansion role
• Strong payments knowledge and understanding of licensing/regulatory landscape globally
• Exceptional documentation, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for strategy reports
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies for entering new markets, including geographies, segments, and channels
• Conduct market research to understand market dynamics and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and refine strategy
• Clearly articulate the strategy to senior stakeholders and drive execution
