Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited seeks a Senior Strategy Manager to shape the Retail vertical across global markets (NORAM, EMEA, APAC, LATAM). You will develop commercial strategy, create thought leadership collateral, and coordinate strategic initiatives to drive growth.

You will support regional Business Development and Relationship Management with tactical requests and customer meetings. The role requires experience in payments or financial services, strong communication, and project-management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Tier 1 payments organisation.
• 2+ years’ expertise within a retail business.
• Strong communication skills, including panels, webinars, and events.
• Self-motivated and able to define priorities across a complex global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute and support the development of a commercial strategy for the Retail vertical across priority markets (NORAM, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
• Create collateral and content to articulate thought leadership and position Global Payments and Worldpay as an influencer in the vertical.
• Coordinate and drive execution of strategic commercial initiatives to grow the vertical; support regional teams with tactical requests.
