Job summary

Zendesk seeks an AI Success Strategist to own end-to-end AI roadmaps for strategic customers in a collaborative, high-impact role. You will translate product capabilities into business value, define a long-term AI vision, and align internal and external teams to drive adoption from initial deployment through scale.

• 5+ years in Customer Success / Experience
• AI-related experience 1+ year
• Experience in GTM roles in enterprise technology / SaaS
• Experience designing success plans or roadmaps
• Excellent program management and cross-functional influence
• Ability to distill complex AI concepts for executives and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the design, planning and execution of comprehensive AI adoption roadmaps for key customers.
• Serve as the design authority for AI deployments and guide integration with Professional Services, Product and Engineering.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to co-create and refine a forward-looking AI strategy.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional collaboration to deliver on the AI roadmap.
• Lead engagement planning, risk management and resource sequencing across teams.
• Maintain recurring, outcome-driven AI roadmaps with measurable goals and renewal strategies.
• Own channel strategy for AI adoption, balancing direct delivery with partner enablement.
• Measure adoption impact using data-driven metrics and refine strategies to improve retention and growth.
• Advise customers on Responsible AI, governance and compliance considerations.
