Senior Social Strategist - Social Agency

Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days minimum in-office)

Salary: Up to £60k + bonus/benefits

We’re hiring a Senior Social Strategist with proven, hands-on experience creating and leading social-first strategies.

If your background isn’t rooted in social media strategy, this role isn’t the right fit.

We’re looking for someone who lives social media — understands platforms, trends, algorithms, and how to leverage them to build brands, grow audiences, and spark engagement.

This role is for an experienced social strategist only — general marketing or brand strategy backgrounds won’t be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of social-first strategies across campaigns and always-on initiatives
• Translate insights, platform behaviors, and audience data into creative direction
• Collaborate with creative, production, and client teams
• Guide clients through social media trends with expert recommendations
• Mentor junior talent and contribute to strategic evolution

What You Bring

• At least 5 years' experience in social strategy at a social or digital-first agency
• Deep knowledge of social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat
• Strong understanding of audience behavior, platform best practices, and content trends
• Ability to brief and inspire creative teams, and present ideas clearly
• Bonus: experience in FMCG, entertainment, or beauty sectors
