The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our growing Agency Team. As a freelance Creative Strategist at Connect Management, you will develop innovative influencer marketing strategies that captivate audiences and deliver results. You will play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction of campaigns, from ideation through to content execution.

What we are looking for

• A creative and strategic thinker with experience in influencer marketing and social media.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, platform-specific content, and audience engagement.
• A proactive leader who can develop innovative strategies and turn them into actionable content.
• A collaborator who can work with clients, influencers, and internal teams to bring ideas to life.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey creative ideas to clients.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at once.

Must haves:

• 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, ideally within influencer marketing or content creation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing creative campaigns that drive results.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and influencer marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to clients and teams.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative creative strategies, campaigns, or content that resonates with digital audiences.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
