Role Overview: This is not your typical marketing role. We need a growth hacking mastermind who lives and breathes user acquisition, can execute scrappy guerrilla marketing tactics, and isn't afraid to move fast and break things. You'll work directly with our founder to accelerate our explosive growth.

Your Mission

As our Growth Hacking Wizard, you'll have the freedom to experiment with tactics that drive massive user growth. You will execute ideas end-to-end with minimal oversight and maximum impact.

• Growth Experimentation: Design and execute unconventional user acquisition campaigns (viral loops, referral mechanisms, AI-powered outreach).
• Content: Create high-converting content that captures the AI space and ranks well on SERPs (tutorials, blog posts on trending topics).
• Funnel Optimization: Build and optimize conversion funnels using various tools (no-code, low-code, or custom solutions).
• Scrappy Marketing Tactics: Discover untapped distribution channels and build free tools that add value for users.
• Growth Automation: Develop automation workflows to scale your impact.
• SEO Domination: Lead our SEO strategy, including keyword research, content briefs, and technical SEO.
• Data-Driven Approach: Measure, analyze, and optimize all growth metrics.

You Are

• A proven growth hacker with measurable successes (specific numbers appreciated).
• Obsessed with AI and its transformative potential.
• Experienced in SaaS or AI marketing (preferably both).
• Skilled with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and no-code builders (Webflow, Bubble).
• Comfortable with data analysis tools or capable of building your own.
• An SEO expert familiar with Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
• A self-starter who executes ideas independently.
• Possibly technical enough to implement code solutions when necessary.
• Passionate and curious about AI tools and trends.
