Job summary
The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority seeks an experienced project professional for a temporary secondment to lead the development of plans for a future Mayoral Development Corporation and the Place-Based Business Case. You will work with senior leaders and partners to shape investment, regeneration, housing, transport and growth across the region.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in the development and delivery of complex infrastructure, regeneration, transport, housing or investment projects.
- Strong understanding of business case development, appraisal methodologies and project governance.
- Ability to assess strategic, financial, commercial and economic impacts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of strategic business cases and investment pipelines.
- Assess viability and value for money of complex infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders and external consultants.
- Support delivery frameworks and governance processes.
