Job summary

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join the Transformation Delivery team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will lead major change initiatives, shape solutions with senior stakeholders and manage governance, risks and benefits to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Substantial programme management experience in a complex organisation.
Ability to lead large-scale transformation and organisational change.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity and momentum to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead complex transformation programmes from concept to delivery.
Engage senior stakeholders to shape solutions and realise measurable benefits.
Manage governance, risks, dependencies and resources for programmes.
Support service redesign and organisational modernisation initiatives.
