Job summary

Primark is seeking a mid-senior Projects & CFE professional to lead strategic roll-outs across the store estate. You will balance pace with store disruption, ensuring high-quality delivery that supports store performance and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Design, Procurement and external partners to translate concepts into scalable, commercially viable solutions while driving value and safety standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction and roll-out programmes across multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of fixtures, equipment, and retail environments.
• Experience collaborating with Design, Procurement and suppliers; translating concepts into scalable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with internal teams, consultants, and external partners.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive continuous improvement in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for store roll-outs and CFE programmes aligned with capital plans and growth.
• Lead high-volume, multi-site projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and brand standards.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from drawings to deployment, balancing pace with minimal disruption.
• Partner with Design and procurement to translate concepts into scalable retail solutions.
• Drive cost management, supplier performance and value without compromising safety.
• Develop and manage a high-performing supplier base and governance across regions.
• Embed health, safety, risk and compliance across all project activities.
• Provide inclusive leadership and build cross-functional relationships to align priorities.
