Job summary

Primark in Reading is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major Technology Transformation programme. You will act as the central coordinator across multiple programmes, ensuring alignment, governance and delivery across a complex transformation landscape.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to bring together diverse teams, manage dependencies and deliver key initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technology projects in large organisations.
• Experience across technology, digital, or transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, projects and workstreams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing RAID logs, governance, planning, dependencies, risks and budgets.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building across business and technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex technology projects from initiation through deployment and closure.
• Coordinate activity across programmes, projects and workstreams to align priorities, timelines and risks.
• Act as a central point of communication between Technology, Business, Product, Architecture and Engineering.
• Drive governance, reporting, RAID management, planning and stakeholder engagement.
