Job summary

Primark is seeking a mid-senior Project & CFE leader to drive strategic planning and delivery across store roll-outs and CFE activity. You will manage end-to-end programmes, balancing pace, cost and brand standards while collaborating with Design, Procurement and Retail teams.

You will lead supplier relationships, governance and continuous improvement across a high-volume portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery that supports growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction and roll-out programmes across multi-site environments.
• Strong technical understanding of fixtures, equipment and retail environments.
• Experience working with Design, Procurement, suppliers and manufacturers, translating concepts into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for roll-outs and CFE programmes across the estate.
• Lead a high-volume, multi-site portfolio of projects with timelines, budgets and quality.
• Own end-to-end delivery of CFE programmes from drawings to deployment across the estate.
• Collaborate with Design and business functions to translate concepts into scalable solutions.
• Drive commercial and cost management to improve value and performance.
