Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering high standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning strategy and execution across key departments to maximise availability while minimising waste and shrink.
• Drive productivity and ensure store runs safely, compliantly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and department managers to maintain consistent standards.
