Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Harrow-on-the-Hill store. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proven track record in team management, sales management, and administrative duties. As a Senior Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and provides exceptional customer service.

The Company

The Company was established in 1896 and operates three successful high street stores, located in Eton, Chiswick and Harrow-on-the-Hill. We are one of the Country’s leading school uniform retailers working with prominent schools, such as Eton College and Harrow School. Our Company is going through a period of expansion and has recently been awarded with numerous new school uniform provider contracts for 2025.

The Role

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Store Manager. The role involves supporting day to day tasks and central operations to develop the required systems and processes for our company to operate effectively and expand.

This person would need to be hands-on, supportive of the Directors of the company, and possess a deep understanding of retail, logistics, stock management and web fulfilment. During the period June to early September the role would involve delivering high levels of personal service to our discerning customers through this peak trading period.
