Dalcour Maclaren is seeking an experienced leader for its Stakeholder Engagement team to shape its future and support impactful engagement programmes for major utilities and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will guide strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and community relations, collaborating with the SE Director to build a scalable, high-performing business line.

The role focuses on client leadership, delivery excellence and growth, with a commercial mindset and a passion

Qualifications

• Significant experience within stakeholder engagement, communications, consultation or PR consultancy.
• Experience working with clients across infrastructure, utilities, energy, planning or environmental sectors.
• Proven leadership of teams within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong operational leadership, including resource planning and performance oversight.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience supporting growth through bids, proposals and client development.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted deputy to the SE Director, shaping and growing the Stakeholder Engagement offer.
• Identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and support sustainable growth.
• Provide strategic insight and practical solutions by understanding clients' objectives.
• Support business development: tenders, pitches and proposals.
• Ensure programmes are delivered to high standards with measurable outcomes.
