Stantec in the UK is seeking a Senior / Principal Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to join our Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation Team. You will lead engagement strategies across major infrastructure programmes and mentor junior colleagues to deliver effective consultation with regulators, communities and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation across infrastructure projects.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical engagement strategies.
• Experience advising clients and project teams on stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of planning processes, public consultation principles and the Gunning Principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of stakeholder engagement strategies across major infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with local authorities, communities and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice identifying risks, opportunities and engagement approaches.
• Plan and oversee public consultation programmes, including in-person and digital activities.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across planning, environment, engineering, and communications.
