Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking an experienced leader to shape and grow its Stakeholder Engagement offer across UK infrastructure projects. You will provide strategic oversight across communications, consultation and public affairs programmes, guiding delivery teams and ensuring measurable outcomes for high-profile clients.

Working with the Stakeholder Engagement Director, you’ll develop client relationships, manage budgets and ensure programmes are resourced and delivered to the highest standards,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, consultation or PR consultancy.
• Experience with infrastructure, utilities, energy, planning or environmental sectors.
• Proven leadership of teams within a consultancy or professional services setting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and profitability management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the SE Director, shaping, building and growing the Stakeholder Engagement offer.
• Identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and support sustainable growth.
• Develop understanding of client organisations to provide strategic insight and practical solutions.
• Lead bids, proposals and development of client-facing strategies.
• Oversee delivery of programmes to high standards, managing budgets and deadlines.
• Establish scalable processes and operate with a focus on continuous improvement.
