An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to lead the implementation of education and development plans for nursing staff. This role involves mentoring and ensuring high standards of care on Ward 220, which has 28 telemetry monitored beds. The successful candidate will engage in quality improvement programs and corporate initiatives, contributing to the overall excellence of patient care. The Senior Staff Nurse will lead on the implementation of education and development plans which involve the induction, mentoring, preceptorship and the ongoing professional development of all staff on the Unit. This will also include ensuring robust systems are in place to record and monitor ward performance against agreed targets for Mandatory training. Ward 220 comprises of 28 telemetry monitored beds.
The Senior Staff Nurse will take part in a rotational day to night rota providing 24 hour 7 day a week cover on Ward 220.
