You will support the ward manager in leading and supervising high standards of compassionate care, ensuring safety and quality in patient care and staff management. You will support patient journey from admission to discharge, identify risks, and develop actions to mitigate them, ensuring effective patient throughput. Demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and a proactive approach, you will be passionate about excellence in patient care.
