Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated nurse to join our small team at the Dunbar Hospital in Thurso. The role covers MIU, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation, complex DC planning, and end-of-life care. We value enthusiasm, develop skills, and encourage training to enhance patient care.

Candidates should have experience in elderly/palliative and MIU care and be able to work autonomously as required. This is a permanent full-time post with 36 hours across 12.5 hour shifts; job share will be

• Provide nursing across MIU, Outpatient clinics, Rehabilitation and end-of-life care.

This involves MIU, Outpatient clinics, Rehabilitation, complex DC planning as well as end of life care.

Candidates should be enthusiastic and keen to develop skills and undertake additional training in order to develop their role. Experience in care of the elderly/palliative and MIU care preferable with confidence to work autonomously as required.
