Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated, caring and courteous nurse to help provide high quality, innovative nursing across the diverse care services at Dunbar Hospital. The post involves MIU, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation and end-of-life care, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

This is a permanent full-time role (36 hours) with 12.5-hour shifts; job share will be considered. Informal enquiries to Sarah Budge or Debbie Smith are welcome.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a motivated, caring and courteous person to help us provide good quality, innovative nursing.
• Experience in care of the elderly/palliative and MIU care preferable with confidence to work autonomously as required.
• Candidates should be enthusiastic and keen to develop skills and undertake additional training to develop their role.

• Be willing to work as part of a small, welcoming team and to contribute to ongoing training.
