Join Our Team as a Senior Staff Nurse (Respiratory and Neurorehabilitation)

We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse at our Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Kent. Our centre cares for adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions, committed to helping each individual feel safe, happy, and empowered to live their best life.

What You'll Be Working

Flexible hours, totaling 37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as Primary Nurse, responsible for nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Contributing to MDT working, risk assessments, and clinical improvements.
  • Providing written reports for statutory and clinical reviews.
  • Working according to NMC guidelines as a named nurse or key worker.
  • Supporting patients to achieve their outcomes.
  • Ensuring comprehensive, person-centred assessments and care plans.
  • Taking charge of a designated clinical area.
  • Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation.
  • Providing specialised clinical interventions based on evidence-based practice.
  • Working autonomously to deliver safe, specialised care.
  • Adopting a flexible approach to meet service needs over a 24-hour period.
What You'll Have
  • A current NMC Pin registration (RGN).
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Up-to-date experience in Respiratory and Tracheostomy care.
  • Experience in neurorehabilitation settings.
