Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer in Oxford to work on cutting-edge quantum computing hardware. The role combines ownership of the full analog/mixed-signal design flow, from specification to silicon validation, with responsibility for top-level chip integration and modelling in the CMOS development process.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in analog IC design, tape-outs, ADC/DAC work, and modelling using SystemVerilog, MATLAB, or Python.

Qualifications

• Extensive analog IC design experience with multiple tape-outs.
• Strong mixed-signal experience including ADCs and DACs.
• Experience modelling using SystemVerilog, MATLAB or Python.
• Ability to bridge theory, simulation and real hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own complete analog/mixed-signal design flow from spec to tape-out and silicon validation.
• Lead top-level chip integration and modelling within CMOS development flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver frontier quantum-grade ICs.
