Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to lead day-to-day SRM activities across an assigned supplier portfolio. The role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance against KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.

You will monitor performance, challenge issues with data-backed actions, and collaborate with suppliers on service, cost, quality and availability improvements. A hybrid working structure is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
• Strong understanding of supplier KPIs, SLAs and performance measures.
• Experience challenging suppliers constructively and holding them accountable for performance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret supplier performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Supplier Relationship Management across an assigned portfolio of suppliers.
• Develop effective relationships with key suppliers; focus on performance and commercial outcomes.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and document actions.
• Identify opportunities for Service improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Provide hands-on operational Supply Chain support when required.
