Job summary

Roche is seeking a Capabilty Lead for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) within Global Procurement. The role focuses on end-to-end SRM strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and driving value, risk, and innovation from key suppliers.

You will lead SRM champions, shape needs with Roche stakeholders, and implement best practices aligned with the procurement strategy across Delivery and MMC chapters. English fluency and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement experience in strategic sourcing and global category management.
• Experience in managing resources in a global matrix environment.
• Expertise in end-to-end procurement systems and processes.
• Strong change management and process improvement experience.
• Fluent in English to business level.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven leader.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SRM capability and drive strategic adoption.
• Lead SRM Champions and develop next SRM leaders.
• Coach SRM leads for large supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with Procurement strategy and digital initiatives.
• Define roadmap, KPIs, and holistic capability direction.
