Fulcrum Digital is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical production services, from design through deployment and steady-state operations. You will partner with development teams to ensure production readiness, drive automation, and establish robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor junior engineers and lead blameless postmortems to implement lasting improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, CI/CD pipeline management, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience debugging, optimizing, and automating application and infrastructure workflows.
• Solid experience in scripting, Python, Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins, XLR, and ITIL processes.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of production services, from design to deployment and operation.
• Partner with development teams to ensure production readiness through reviews and capacity planning.
• Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines with emphasis on automation and quality gates.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of learning and operational excellence.
• Attend blameless postmortems and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Collaborate with global teams across geographies and time zones.
• Drive reliability improvements through automation and reduction of manual toil.
• Respond to incidents with structured troubleshooting to reduce MTTR.
