• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Azure-based cloud applications and services with telemetry and observability tools.
• Lead incident response activities, root cause analyses and post-incident reviews.
• Define and improve SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs with cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation across monitoring, deployments, and runbooks to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to embed reliability practices.
