Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a Senior SQL Server Developer for a remote role based in the United Kingdom. You will own and optimise large SQL Server environments, modernise legacy systems and design data pipelines across data warehouses and cloud solutions.

The role requires strong T-SQL, performance tuning and experience with ETL/ELT tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to governance and best practices within a growing data platform.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Advanced T-SQL development skills.
• Experience with data warehousing and data integration.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and maintain complex SQL Server databases.
• Improve performance across large-scale production environments.
• Design and support data warehouses, data lakes and data pipelines.
