Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a Senior SQL Server Developer for a remote role based in the United Kingdom. You will own and optimise large SQL Server environments, modernise legacy systems and design data pipelines across data warehouses and cloud solutions.

The role requires strong T-SQL, performance tuning and experience with ETL/ELT tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to governance and best practices within a growing data platform.

Qualifications

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale SQL Server environment, modernise legacy systems, optimise performance, and help shape the future of the organisation's data platform. You'll work across operational databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions, delivering technology that has a genuine business impact.

Senior SQL Server Developer - What You'll Be Doing

• Developing, maintaining and optimising complex SQL Server databases
• Improving performance across large-scale production environments
• Designing and supporting data warehouses, data lakes and data pipelines
• Building robust ETL/ELT solutions
