Job summary

Sanderson in London is seeking a Lead Data Integration Developer to own a business-critical integration platform and help modernise a legacy SSIS environment. The role focuses on application integration, workflow and end-to-end ownership, moving towards a more Azure-based setup.

You will lead on SSIS and SQL Server/T-SQL, oversee APIs, messaging and orchestration, mentor developers, review code and implement best practices as part of a broader platform transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and SQL Server/T-SQL.
• Experience across application integration, APIs, messaging and orchestration.
• Background owning and supporting business-critical production systems.
• Experience modernising legacy integration environments, ideally with Azure exposure.
• Able to lead technically, review code and mentor developers.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
