Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior SQL Server Developer for an engagement in Glasgow. You will work on SQL Server development using T-SQL, build and optimize data warehouses, and perform performance tuning.

Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management environments is highly desirable. The role is Inside IR35 and requires umbrella company engagement; occasional travel to London may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SQL Server development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong T-SQL development skills.
• Proven SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting (indexes, plans, waits).
• Experience building and working with data warehouses/data platforms.
• Experience with data quality, testing and production support.
• Understanding of data security/controls in regulated environments.
• Able to work independently and engage with technical and business stakeholders.
